摘 要:目的深入了解护理专业专升本学生的学习动机,探究影响学习动机的因素,为更好开展继续教育,完善护理专业专升本学生的培养工作提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学方法,以深度访谈方式收集16名护理专业专升本学生的资料,并进行分析。结果护理专业专升本学生的内、外两种学习动机并存且以外部学习动机为主;自我归因、自身经历及自我概念是影响学习动机的主要因素。结论正确合理的自我归因是影响护理专升本学生学习动机的重要因素;较高的挫折认知水平、较好的自我概念、较强的求知与就业意识是影响护理专业专升本学生学习动机的主要因素。Objective Understanding the nursing students'learning motivation and explore the factors that affect motivation in learning so as to provide theoretical basis for conducting better continuous education and improving the cultivation of nursing students. Method The phcnomenological approach was adopted in this research. Sixteen students upgraded from junior college received an in - depth interview,and the data were analyzed. Results Students upgraded from junior college were both inside and outside of two kinds of motivation to learn and based on external motivation to learn. Self- attribution, self - experience and self- concept were the main factors affecting motivation. Conclusion Correct and reasonable self - attribution is the important factor for upgraded nursing students'learning motivation. Higher setback cognitive level, good self- coneept strong knowledge and awareness of employment are the main factors of upgraded nursing students'learning motivation.
