摘 要:目的:初步探讨中药寒热药性与蛋白质含量的相关性。方法:采用考马斯亮蓝法测定50味中药的蛋白质含量,以蛋白质含量为指标,采用SPSS16.0软件对寒热药性与蛋白质含量之间进行统计分析,研究中药药性与蛋白质含量的相关关系。结果:方法学考察的所有RSD值均小于2%,实验的精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,热性中药的总蛋白含量是寒性中药的2.37倍,统计结果显示,P=0.033<0.05,以α=0.05为水准,说明热性中药与寒性中药有显著性差异。结论:蛋白质含量与中药寒热药性有一定的相关性,蛋白质是寒热药性的物质基础之一。Objective:The aim of the paper was to study the relationship between protein and cold or heat property of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:The protein contents of 50 kinds of herbs were determined by the Coomassie Brilliant Blue(CBB) and the SPSS16.0 software was used to analyze the relationship between protein and cold or heat property of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Results:The precision,reproducibility and stability of the CBB method are reliable that all of the RSD values of the method were less than 2%.The statistical results show that P=0.033 < 0.05,which represents that there are significant differences between cold and heat herbs in the protein contents.Conclusion:The protein contents and four properties of TCM had a certain relevance.It also conclused that the protein might be one of the materials of the four properties.
