摘　　要：小麦具有后熟期长、耐热性强等特点,耐贮性较好。主要就小麦的贮藏特性、贮藏过程中出现的问题及关键控制点进行了概述,并介绍了几种实用的小麦贮藏方法。With the characteristics of long later-ripeness time and strong heat-resistence etc, the wheat is a kind of the raw materials that is easy to be stored for a long time. This article mainly talks about the characteristecs, the problems as well as the critical control point during the storage of the wheat. Meanwhile, some practical storage methods are also introduced in details.
