摘　　要：实现转型发展是新建本科院校的共同面对、必然选择,转型发展中,发展目标的确定及发展战略的选择科学合理与否决定了学校能否实现科学发展。本文基于常熟理工学院转型发展实践,进行个案剖析,探寻新建本科院校如何实现科学发展主题。The realization of transformation of newly-established colleges is a necessary choice that these schools must make and whether they can set the goals for their development and choose strategies for their development in a scientific and rational way will determine the scientific development of these schools. This paper, taking the transformation and development of Changshu Institute of Technology as a case analysis, seeks the solutions to the scientific development of newly-established four-year colleges and universities.
