摘  要:采用乙醇沉淀得到金针菇多糖(FVP),用sevag法除去蛋白后采用气相色谱(GC)和红外光谱(IR)对得到的金针菇胞外及胞内多糖进行分析。结果表明,金针菇胞外多糖中含有鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖,其摩尔百分比为6·04%,8·79%,14·54%,22·56%,21·49%,26·58%;胞内多糖中含有鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖和葡萄糖,其摩尔百分比为1·88%,2·82%,5·00%,21·24%,69·06%。红外光谱分析金针菇胞外和胞内多糖中存在吡喃环和呋喃环。Flammalina velutipes polysaccharide(FVP)was obtained by ethanol precipitation.The protein was removed using sevag method.Flammalina velutipes exo-polysaccharide and intropolysaccharide were analyzed by gas chromatography(GC)and infrared spectra(IR).The results showed that the monosaccharide composition of Flammalina velutipes exo-polysaccharide were rhamnose,arabinose,xylose,mannose,glucose and galactose with the molar percentage of 6.04%,8.79%,14.54%,22.56%,21.49%,26.58%.The monosaccharide composition of Flammalina velutipes intropolysaccharide were rhamnose,arabinose,xylose,mannose and glucose with the molar percentage of 1.88%,2.82%,5.00%,21.24%,69.06%.The IR results showed that there were pyran and furan ring existing in Flammalina velutipes exo-polysaccharide and intropolysaccharide.
