摘　　要：苦丁茶在我国有着悠久的饮用历史,是我国传统的药食两用植物代用茶,具有珍贵的药用和保健价值。本文概述了中国苦丁茶的产业发展现状,对目前苦丁茶产品种类进行了统计,并对其品质评定和质量标准进行了整理、研究和探讨,首次建立了我国苦丁茶感官品质评定的可量化指标体系,指出了我国目前苦丁茶标准体系的不足。Kuding Tea has a long drinking history in China.It is a traditional plant as tea,which can be used as medicine and food,also with valuable medicinal and health value.The article summarized current situation of Kuding Tea industry,count the kinds of Kuding Tea product.Processing quality evaluation and standard of Kuding Tea were studied.Index of sensory evaluation standard of Kuding Tea were set up for the first time,and related standard was pointed out not fully accurate for Kuding Tea.
