摘  要:目的探讨不同奖赏性脑区及不同用药时程下可卡因的精神成瘾机制及其成瘾过程是否具有脑区性和时程性差异。方法从基因表达谱中提取随可卡因摄人量递增、在不同用药时程下6个脑区(NAc、AMG、LH、Septum、VTA和mPFC)表达水平发生改变的基因,进行功能与通路富集分析,研究可卡因成瘾在不同脑区及不同用药时程时的关联性与特异性。结果通过对不同脑区与不同用药时程可卡因成瘾基因富集性分析结果进行比对,发现富集条目存在差异性。结论可卡因精神成瘾存在脑区特异性与时程特异性。Objectives To uncover the diversity of neuromolecular mechanisms of cocaine dependence for different brain areas and differential-term access. Methods Identify common and specific mechanisms related to cocaine dependence by analysis of differential expression, functional annotation enrichment and pathway enrichment, based on the gene expression profiles of NAe, AMG, LH, Septum, VTA and mPFC derived from wistar rats treated with cocaine in a self-administration model. Results by comparing enrichment analysis re- suits of genes related to different brain regions and differential-term access, we found that the mechanism of co- caine addiction is brain region-specific, as noted by different pathway and different function annotations terms. Conclusion Mechanism of cocaine dependency might have been specifically different, based on different brain areas and differential-term access.
