摘 要:目的:了解全寄宿制小学生核黄素营养状况,并探讨核黄素营养评价方法。方法;对某寄宿制小学6-8岁儿童核黄素摄入情况进行膳食调查,并对全血谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数及负荷尿核黄素排出量进行测定。结果:被调查对象核菌素营养状况不良,膳食中核黄素摄入量偏低。尚不足营养素供给量的70%。objective:To understand riboflavin nutritional status of boarding schoolchildren and screen indices for evaluation of riboflavin nutritional status. Methods: The riboflavin intake was surveyed, BGRAC and riboflavin excretive amount in 4 - hour loading urine were determined among schoolchildren aged 6 ~ 8 years at a boarding school. Results: The intake of riboflavin was inadequate and was about 70% of the RDA. The determination of BGRAC and riboflavin excretive amount revealed that 54% and 53% of children suffered from riboflavin deficiency respectively. Conclusions: Riboflavin excretive amount in 4 - hour loading urine stili is a valid index in assessing riboflavin nutritional status of population.
