摘　　要：酒店前厅部的工作涉及到酒店对客服务的诸多方面,因此"酒店前厅服务"是一门实操性很强的课程。论文在对前厅服务员角色进行分析的基础上,揭示了角色扮演法的意义和作用,提出了在"酒店前厅服务"课程运用角色扮演法时要注意的一些问题。The work of the front office of hotels mainly involves many aspects of guest services and the Services of Hotel Front Office is an applicable course. Based on an analysis of the role of front office servants, the significance and functions of role playing in teaching the course are studied and some notable questions are pointed out in the essay.
