刘翔110m栏比赛第6栏腾空过栏阶段技术特征的剖析

摘　　要：采用文献资料、高速摄录解析和比较分析等方法,对刘翔110m栏两次比赛第6栏腾空过栏阶段动作技术进行了分析,并与其同场竞技110m栏选手若干技术参数作以比较。结果表明:(1)刘翔两次比赛第6栏中腾空过栏时的躯干前倾性大,两腿最大夹角大,腾空时间短,腾空过栏的速度快。(2)刘翔两次比赛第6栏的跨栏步步长小,起跨攻栏距离与下栏着地距离之比非常接近理论上的最理想比例。Adopt the documents and materials,take a photograph of and record such methods as analyzing and comparative analysis,etc.at a high speed,circle in the air to Liu 110m fence two match 6 fence soar movement technology of stage of fence analyse,several technical parameters of column player of 110m are done in lrder to compare to take on its.The result shows：（1）Xiang Liu two match 6 fence soar fence truck at person who lean forward heavy,two leg large contamed angle heavy most,soar time to be short,soar speed of fence fast.（2）Liu Xiang two match 6 fence hurdle step by step long and light,is it is it specialize in fence distance with lay fence is it close to ideal proportion most in theory very from proportion to land to step to get up.
