摘 要:目的探讨中小学教师的职业压力、心理弹性对心理健康的影响,为促进教师心理健康提供参考。方法采用中小学教师职业压力问卷、成人弹性量表和症状自评量表,对275名中小学骨干教师进行调查。结果中小学骨干教师职业压力、心理弹性与心理健康(SCL-90)呈显著相关;职业压力对心理问题的发生有正向预测作用,心理弹性对心理问题的发生有反向预测作用。结论职业压力、心理弹性是影响中小学骨干教师心理健康的重要因素。Objective To explore the influence of the working pressure and resiliency of primary and middle school teachers on their mental health and then provide references for enhancing teachers' mental health. Methods The questionnaire of the primary and middle school teachers' professional stress and Resiliency Scale for Adults(RSA)and the Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90) were adopted to test 275 backbone teachers of primary and middle schools. Results The primary and middle school teachers' professional stress has significant correlation with their resiliency and mental health. Regression analysis showed that professional stress had positive predicator of the occurrence of mental problems and resiliency had a negative predicator of it. Conclusion Professional stress and resiliency are important factors in the mental health of the backbone teachers of primary and middle school.
