摘 要:为了探讨不同干旱胁迫条件下黄瓜幼苗的光合和活性氧代谢之间的关系,采用土壤称重法模拟干旱胁迫,测定了黄瓜幼苗的光合和活性氧代谢等生理指标,并进行了相关性分析。结果表明:干旱胁迫使光合速率下降,活性氧增加,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性受到抑制,超氧阴离子(O2-)产生速率及丙二醛(MDA)含量与净光合速率(Pn)呈显著负相关。说明干旱胁迫下大量发生的活性氧可导致膜脂质过氧化,引起光合速率的下降。To ascertain the effect of drought stress on photosynthesis and active oxygen metabolism of cucumber and correlation between them,different drought stress were simulated by weighting soil to ease drought stress,the physiological indices of photosynthesis,active oxygen metabolism and correlation analysis were measured.The results showed that net photosynthesis of cucumber declined under drought stress,increasing active oxygen metabolism,the activity of SOD,POD and APX were inhibited.O2-generating rate and MDA were negative correlation with net photosynthesis rate.It indicated that O2-accumulating more had led to lipid peroxidation increased and declining net photosynthesis rate.
