摘　　要：对比了中美大学物理实验室管理的异同,寻找培养学生创新能力的有效途径,提出实验室柔性化服务理念,结合实际介绍实验室柔性化服务的具体操作及效果。Compared the laboratory management in the United States with ours,the effective ways for cultivating students＇ innovative ability should be found.A concept of flexibile service of the laboratory was presented,and the concrete operation and effect of the flexibile service were introduced.
