摘　　要：对边境民族地区扶贫开发,是构建和谐社会的必然要求。以云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州为例,从构建和谐社会的视角,分析边境民族地区贫困的表现形式,阐述与构建边境民族地区和谐社会相协调的扶贫体制机制。The anti -poverty development of border minority regions is the necessary requirement for constructing harmonious society. Taking the Dehong Dai and Jingpo autonomous prefecture of Yunnan Province as the example, from the perpesctive of constructing harminous society, this paper analyzes the presenting forms of the poverty in border minority regions, and interprets the anti - poverty mechanism which is coordinated with the construction of harmonious society in border minority regions.
