道家“无为而治”对企业管理思想的启示

摘　　要："无为而治"作为一种统治术,即顺应自然、无所妄为、杜绝干预的治术。对今天的企业管理者而言,应借鉴道家的"行不言之教"和"君无为而臣有为"的思想,以调动全体员工的自信心和积极性。同时,要实施"无为而治",企业领导者必须培养老子提倡的"不敢为天下先"的谦下美德。＂Letting nature take its own course＂, as a governing strategy, means complying with nature, being occupied with nothing, and stopping interfering. The modern managers should use the Taoism ideology ＂carrying on wordless teaching＂ and ＂promising servants of emperor＂ for reference to arouse the whole staff＇ s confidence and initiative. Meanwhile managers must enforce the ideology of ＂letting nature take its own course＂ and foster the modest virtue of ＂refusing to be foremost of all things under heaven＂ advocated by Laotzu.
