摘　　要：地方高校建筑学教育实现与重点名校差异性发展,是我国高等教育发展的必然趋势,是促进地域性经济社会发展的客观要求,是地方高校建筑学专业可持续发展的必然选择。设计机构和建筑市场对应用性人才的多元化需求,是地方高校建筑学教育实现差异性发展的社会基础。地方高校建筑学教育目前存在着培养目标单一、教学内容狭窄、教育资源匮乏、教学理念陈旧等方面问题。实现地方高校建筑学教育的差异性发展,必须科学确定培养目标,合理设置有关专业,调整充实教学内容,不断改进教学手段,逐步形成适应地域性发展的教育框架,走出建筑学专业特色之路。Local universities enjoy diversity with key universities in China in architectural education, which is the trend of economic and social development. Designing institutes and construction markets demand diverse talents as social foundation. Local universities remain monotonous in educational objectives, teaching contents and educational resources. Colleges of architecture need to achieve development in diversity, scientific location and educational resources.
