摘 要:随着全球经济的迅猛发展,国际交流日趋增多,口译人才需求量越来越大。而目前大多数口译教学中着重讲解翻译理论知识、训练口译技能和技巧等,忽视了对口译人才心理素质方面的培养。而译员在口译过程中的心理负效应、口译种类、性质、对象、发言者的讲话习惯以及译前准备的充分与否等直接影响到整场翻译的效果。我们应该加强对译员心理素质方面的训练,加快在口译人才培养的过程中的内容和方式的变革,培养出具备应变能力的翻译人才。With the rapid development of global economy,there is a greater increase in international communication,and thus more and more interpreters are in need.However,the present oral interpretation teaching concentrates more on translation theories and training of oral interpretation skills while neglecting the cultivation and improvement of interpreters' psychological qualities.Actually,the factors such as interpreters'negative psychological effects in oral interpretation,types,characteristics and targets of interpretation,speaker's lecturing habits and preparation beforehand,etc.influence directly the final result of the whole interpretation.Therefore,we propose that the training of interpreters'psychological qualities should be strengthened and the reform of texts and approaches in the cultivation of interpreters should be fastened so as to cultivate more interpreters with quick and witty response.
