摘　　要：作为我国导游队伍主体的社会导游在管理上存在严重的缺位状态,由此直接影响到旅游市场的规范和发展。为改变这一现状,尝试将劳务派遣制度运用于对社会导游的管理中,在社会导游与导游公司之间建立劳动关系,为社会导游合法权益的实现提供组织保障。Vacancy exists in the management of self-managed guides, the main body of the guide business. Consequently, the regulation and development of the travel market have been affected directly and unfavorably. To avoid this, it is suggested that, in order to protect the fights and interests of self-managed guides, labor dispatch system should be applied to the management of this group of people, and employ- ment relationship should be established between self-managed guides and guide firms.
