高校国际经济与贸易专业人才培养定位的思考

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业市场的竞争越来越激烈,为了提高毕业生就业竞争力,高校必须明确人才培养定位。在对国际经济与贸易专业人才培养定位中存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出了高校必须提高对人才培养定位的认识,在人才需求金字塔中找到位置,推进教育教学改革,加强师资队伍建设等方面的对策建议。With job markets for university graduates becoming more competitive, higher education institutions must well define their personnel cultivation orientation to improve the competitiveness of their graduates. In this paper, the main problems existing in talents cultivation orientation of International Economics and Trade majors are analyzed, and it＇s suggested that higher education institutions must enhance their understanding of personnel cultivation orientation, find their place in the pyramid of talents demand, and also carry forward the educational reform as well as strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
