摘　　要：称谓语作为语言交际中不可或缺的组成部分,往往带有浓重的民族文化色彩。准确理解和表达称谓语在特定社交场合、不同语言文化背景下的语用含义,历来是翻译中的一个难题。讨论了英汉文化差异是导致称谓语翻译语用失误的主要原因,并从语用学的角度论述了称谓语翻译的语用等效、文化差异对称谓语翻译的影响及语用失误问题。Address form,as an indispensable part in language communication,always has strong national culture color.So it is always hard to accurately understand and express the pragmatic force of address on special social-communicative occasions and different language-cultural background.The cultural differences between English and Chinese,which frequently lead to pragmatic failures in address translation was discussed,and the pragmatic equivalence and pragmatic failures as well as the influence of cultural differences on address translation were also discussed.
