摘 要:企业人力资本投资包含了人力资本形成、配置到使用的全过程,由于形成预期数量和质量的人力资本始终是企业人力资本投资的最基本的目的,因此狭义的企业人力资本投资常常是指投资形成企业和员工所需要的人力资本,这种投资常见地表现为企业员工培训。投资中,企业和员工均为投资的主体,他们各自的投资策略受到双方所处的决策地位和相关变量的影响。在理解投资活动的成本收益特征和企业、员工在投资中决策地位的基础上,通过建立企业、员工投资策略模型,可以分析出风险条件下员工收益分成系数、预期无风险投资收益、企业和员工能力、企业和员工对彼此的依赖度等因素如何影响企业和员工的投资策略,并得出相关结论。Enterprise human capital investment is an entire process which contains the production,the allocation and the use of hu- man capital. Producing the expected human capital of certain quality and quantity is always the most basic goal of investment, so human capital investment usually refers to the human capital needed in forming the enterprises and employees, which usually appears as employee training. In the investment, enterprises and the employees are beth the subjects of investment. Their respective investment strategies are affected by their decisive position and some relative factors. On the basis of understanding the characteristics of cost and profit of the in- vestment and employee's position in decision making,we can analyze how the elements, such as the share coefficient of employees, expec- ted return of non-risk investment,abilities of the enterprises and employees,rely degree between the enterprises and employees affect the investment strategy of enterprises and employees and draw relevant conclusions by establishing investment strategy models.
