摘 要:生成性教学是在把握教学艺术性的基础上,在教学活动过程中注重教师与学生,尤其是学生的主体性与创造性,进而有效地理解教学内容与促进学生发展的教学。它重视教学活动的过程、关系、创造、个性、非理性等特点。其实质为敢于打破教学过程中的唯规律性,尊重师生的主体性,追求教学的艺术性。历史上,人们力图通过多学科综合的角度,或从教学内部,或从教学外部,来较全面深入地探讨生成性教学的内涵及特点。生成性教学特点表现在教学主体、教学内容、教学情境的不确定性;教学过程的开放性、互动性、情境性;教学方法的生成性、有效性、趣味性等方面。生成性教学和预设性教学是对立统一的关系。Generative teachings which based on grasping teaching arts,focused on teachers and students especially students' subjectivity and creativity in process of teaching,and then effectively understands teaching contents and promotes students' development.It attaches to the process of teaching activities,relationships,creativities,individuality,nonrational and so on.The essence of the generative teaching existed in daring to break the law in teaching process,respecting for teachers and students' subjectivity and pursuing the teaching art.Historically,people have tried through a multi-disciplinary perspective,or from the teaching itself,or from outsides of teaching to explore overall and in-depth connotation and characteristics of generative teaching.The characteristics of generative teaching are manifest as follows:uncertainty of teaching subjects,teaching contents,teaching situations;the teaching process is open,interactive,situational;teaching methods are generative,effective,fun and so on.
