从高校体育教育专业大学生基本功大赛看山东省高校体育教育的现状与未来发展

摘　　要：以山东省三届高校体育教育专业大学生基本功大赛为例,对我省16所高校体育教育专业的师资状况、场地设施、培养方案以及参赛成绩等进行分析研究,结果显示:山东省高校体育教育专业教师职称、学历呈现上升趋势,组织结构合理;重点院校成绩突出优势明显,普通学校具有良好的发展潜力;参赛学生的专项基本技能较强,符合体育教育的培养和发展的要求;基本功大赛项目设置趋于合理,教学能力测试方法新颖,符合专业教学和社会的要求;学生就业难的状况凸显。By analysing the basic skills competitions of colleges physical education majors in Shandong,the paper researched on 16 colleges＇ professional status of teachers,facilities and training programs as well as performances at the result.We found that the occupation and qualifications of teacher in physical education majors showed an upward tendency,organizational structure was more reasonable,and their key institutions were obviously in a advantage.In the meanwhile,ordinary colleges had good development potential;the basic skills of participating students were specially fit for the training and development requirements.And the setting of basic skills competition project was rational,methods of teaching proficiency test were very innovative.But employment of students was difficult.
