摘　　要：大学英语教学改革虽然取得了不少令人满意的成绩,但其改革前景仍然不容乐观。高校双语教学作为我国高校教学质量工程之一和促进大学英语教学水平的手段,有其坚实的理论基础和实施的必要性。如果能探索出有效的双语教学模式,并且能与大学英语教学实现相互促进与融合,既能够提高学生的外语水平,又能整体提升我国高校教育质量。The reform of college teaching achieves many satisfying results;however,its reform future is still unpromising.As one of the teaching quality projects in college and the way of improving college English teaching level,the bilingual teaching in colleges and universities has firm theory basis and necessity to be implemented.If we can find an efficient bilingual teaching model,and make it promote and integrate with college English teaching,then we can upgrade students＇ English proficiency and improve the quality of higher education as a whole.
