摘　　要：新时期高校辅导员工作面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,文章结合时代背景,以协同论为指导整合各种教育资源,构建新型高校辅导员协同工作模型,以促进高校辅导员工作的最优化,推动高等教育目标的实现。Now the counselors in high school face new chances and challenges. The paper integrates all resources with the guidance of coordination to constructs new work mode for counselors based on the times background to optimize the work of counselors in high school and advance the realization of higher education goals.
