增强干部培训实效性的几点思考

摘  要:实效性主要表现为学员对培训内容能够在多大程度上入脑入心,培训对他们的工作、生活有无积极影响、实际教益。从教员的角度来说,增强干部培训的实效性要做到:持久敬业有热度;积累功底有厚度;联系实际有密度;挖掘问题有深度;提炼观点有精度;架构层次有硬度;征引论据有广度;驾驭过程有亮度;激发参与有强度。The effectiveness is mainly embodied in the trainees’ grasping the contents of trainings and the active influence of training on their work and life. From the angle of teachers,to enhance the effectiveness of cadre training we should be persistent and zealous in the work of training,have deep accumulation of knowledge,closely link the theory to the practice,deeply probe into the problems,precisely refine the opinions,form a hard architecture of training,collective grounds of argument widely,master the process of training by emphasizing highlights,and stimulate the participation of trainees.
