摘　　要：主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,以机制为切入点,就山东省中学竞技健美操运动员的选材、训练、竞赛和输送等问题进行研究,旨在找出影响山东省中学生竞技健美操运动员培养的因素,并提出相应的可持续发展对策。In this paper,using literature,questionnaire surveys and statistics on secondary schools in Shandong Province Aerobics Athletes,training,competition and transport issues such as research,to identify the impact of competitive bodybuilding middle school students in Shandong Province Gymnasts train-related factors,and the corresponding measures for sustainable development.
