摘  要:分析了井下胶轮车油气悬架系统的结构,根据实际工况,建立了机械、液压及路面激励的悬架系统物理联合模型和油气悬架系统数学模型。利用多学科仿真软件AMESim,结合油气悬架系统的结构参数以及蓄能器初始条件等因素,研究了油气悬架系统的位移特性,这将有助于进一步研究井下胶轮车油气悬架系统固有频率和平顺性的设计。The paper analyzed the structure of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system in the underground mine rubber tyre vehicle.According to the actual performances,a suspension system physical combined model and a hydro-pneumatic suspension system mathematic model were established in consideration of the mechanical,hydraulic and roadway surface excitation.With the multi science simulation software AMESim,in combination with the structural parameters of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system,the initial condition of the accumulator and other factors,the displacement features of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system was studied in order to further study the design on the fixed frequency and smooth-going for the hydro-pneumatic suspension system of the mine underground rubber tyre vehicles.
