摘 要:中国古代的孝治,是由中国古代家国一体的社会结构所决定的,是汉世以降历代统治者用以治国的一大方略。在中国古代,统治者孝治天下的方法有三:学校经学教育与社会感恩教育相结合;统治者以身作则、尊老敬长;厚赏孝子孝行,严惩不孝。中国古代的孝治虽然集德治、法治于一体,究其实质,最终也只能是人治、专制之治。The filial rule in ancient China was determined by the social structure that home and country are one unit, and it is also a great strategy for rulers to rule the country since the Han Dynasty. In ancient China, the way for rulers to carry out the filial rule lies in the following three aspects:the combination of school jinxue education and thankful education;The ruler' s model and respecting the old;Rewarding the filial behavours and punishing the un- filial actions. Though, in ancient China, the filial rule is combined with virtuous rule and legal rule, its core is, in the end, the rule of man and the rule of concentration.
