摘  要:目的:建立食品中甜蜜素的气相色谱检测方法。方法:甜蜜素在酸性条件下与次氯酸钠反应生成电负性较强的N,N-二氯环己胺,经正己烷提取,HP-5柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:本法在0.10~10.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9990),检出限为0.025 mg/L(S/N=3)。样品加标回收率为82%~91%,相对标准偏差小于6.1%。结论:本法具有操作简单、快速、灵敏度高等优点,适合于食品中微量甜蜜素的测定。Objective:To establish a method for determination of sodium cyclamate in food by capillary gas chromatography.Methods: Sodium cyclamate was derivatized with sodium hypochlorite to form N,N-dichloridecyclohexylamine under acid condition.N,N-dichloridecyclohexylamine was extracted with hexane and then separated by HP-5 capillary column and detected by electron capture detector(ECD).The amount of sodium cyclamate was quantified by external standard method.Results: The range of linear range was 0.10~10mg/L(r=0.9990).The limit of detection was 0.025 mg/L(S/N=3).The relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 6.1%(n=5) and the recoveries of the spiked samples were 82%~91%.Conclusion: This method is simple,fast,and sensitive,and is suitable for the determination of low concentration of sodium cyclamate in food.
