摘 要:目的:建立食品中脱氢乙酸的毛细管气相色谱快速检测方法。方法:样品经脱脂、脱蛋白,加盐酸酸化后,乙酸乙酯提取。采用HP-5毛细管柱程序升温分离,FID检测器检测。标准曲线法定量。结果:脱氢乙酸含量在50μg~1000μg范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9999,样品加标回收率为91.4%~100.2%,RSD为0.9%~2.0%,最低检出量为15.0μg。结论:本法简便、快速,可用于食品中脱氢乙酸的快速检测。Objective:To develop a method for the determination of dehydroacetic acid in food by capillary gas chromatography.Methods:The samples were defatted and depoteinized,and added with the hydrochloric acid.Subsequently,ethyl acetate was used to extract dehydroacetic acid,and HP-5 capillary column for separation with FID detector dection.Results:The linear range of the method was 50 μg~1000 μg,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The recoveries ranged from 91.4% to 100.2%.With the RSD of 0.9%~2.0%,and the detection limit was 15.0 μg.Conclusion:This method can be applied for the rapid analysis of dehydroacetic acid in food.
