摘　　要：从该校高职中药专业学生就业后面临的实际问题出发,提出了如何在专业建设等方面与行业发展保持一致,提高高职中药专业学生的职业能力,以满足行业对人才质量标准的要求。The article discussed the meanings of how to keep pace with TCM sector development,and how to raise the graduate＇s professianal abilities from practical issues which higher vocational education in the school is facing now,so as to meet the sector demands for talents standard.
