摘 要:目的:探讨组织公平对女性空乘人员身心健康的影响,及组织支持感在其中的中介作用。方法:对国内某大型航空公司291名女性空乘人员进行问卷调查。结果:①分配公平、人际公平与心理健康显著正相关;人际公平与身体健康显著正相关;②程序公平、分配公平、人际公平与组织支持感显著正相关;③组织支持感在分配公平与心理健康、人际公平与心理健康的关系中起部分中介作用,在人际公平与身体健康的关系中起完全中介作用。结论:通过提高组织支持感,可以在一定程度上减少组织不公平对身心健康的消极影响。Objective:To explore the influences of organizational justice on psychological well-being and physical health of flight attendants,and the mediating effects of perceived organizational support.Methods:291 female flight attendants from a big airline company were surveyed with questionnaires.Results:①Both distributive and interpersonal justice were positively associated with psychological well-being;Interpersonal justice was positively associated with physical heath;② Procedural,distributive and interpersonal justice were all positively associated with perceived organizational support;③ Perceived organizational support partially mediated the influences between distributive and interpersonal justices on psychological well-being;Perceived organizational support totally mediated the influence of interpersonal justice on physical health.Conclusion:Improving perceived organizational support can decrease the negative influence of organizational injustice on psychological well-being and physical health.
