摘　　要：提高人才创新能力是时代发展的需要,也是高校教育改革的发展方向,高等学校要积极探索适合理工科应用型人才创新能力培养的途径,实现其创新能力的培养目标。在阐述创新能力培养方面存在的问题及采取的针对性措施的基础上,归纳梳理了提高理工科应用型人才创新能力培养的途径。The development of the age calls for the enhancement of the talents＇creative ability; meanwhile it is also the development direction of the education reform in universities. The colleges and universities should spare no efforts to explore the suitable cultivating approaches of creative ability of applied talents majoring in science and engineering, by which it can fulfill the cultivating target of creative ability. Based on the illustration of the existing problems in the respect of creative ability cultivation and the corresponding measures, the following article sums up and analyzes the cultivating approaches to enhance the creative ability of applied talents majoring in science and engineering.
