摘　　要：企业领导者是企业发展的发动机,决定着一个企业的发展,甚至生命的存续。企业领导者更替问题研究涉及诸多问题。从企业领导者更替的前因研究、匹配性选择研究、继任行为研究和组织效应研究四个方面梳理了企业领导者更替研究的国内外脉络,进行了简要分析,并提出今后研究方向。Being an engine of enterprises expansion, top managements determine whether enterprises fail or develop. Research on top managements＇turnovers deals with many problems. This essay reviews and analyses the history of these researches in the sequence of the causes, matching choices, succession actions, and institutional effects of top managements being replaced . In the end, the essay points out the direction for forward research.
