摘 要:员工培训流程一般包括确定培训需求与目标、编制培训预算及计划、监控以及评估。其中评估是最后一个环节,也是最重要、最难的一个环节。培训评估有多种方法,如柯氏评估模式、目标评价法、绩效评价法、测试比较法等,这些方法都侧重培训结果的评价,但是,要对培训的有效性进行综合评价既要注重效果,又要注重效率。企业可借鉴成本收益分析法来评价培训的有效性。要提高员工培训的有效性,就要从整个培训流程入手:(1)加强培训预算,控制培训成。(2)做好培训需求分析。(3)明确员工培训目标。(4)转变员工观念,变"被动"培训为"主动"培训。(5)科学设计培训内容。(6)促进培训成果的转化。Staff training process generally includes determining training needs and target,compiling training budget and plans,monitoring and evaluation.Training evaluation is the last link,but it is the most important and most difficult one.There are several ways,such as Kirk's assessment model,objective evaluation,performance assessment,testing,comparative law,etc.These methods are more geared to the evaluation of training results.However,the validity of staff training should include efficiency effect.Enterprises can get help from cost-benefit analysis method to evaluate the training.To improve the effectiveness of staff training,we should tackle the entire training process:(1) stepping up training budge to control training cost;(2) analyzing the training needs;(3) confirming the staff training target;(4) changing the attitude of staff from passiveness to initiative;(5) designing scientifically training content;(6) promoting the transformation of the training results.
