摘　　要：武汉城市圈"两型社会"建设对圈域内的高职院校在人才培养、专业设置等方面提出了新的更高要求,武汉城市圈的高职教育要跨越院校合力不够、政府投入不足、制度建设滞后等发展障碍,通过整合教育资源、打造高职品牌、加大财政投入、创新机制等措施实现共同发展。The construction of＂dual-orientation society＂in Wuhan city circle put forward high demand for personnel training and specialty setup of higher vocational schools.In order to achieve common development,higher vocational education institutions in Wuhan city circle should try to overcome the obstacles such as lack of government investment and lagging system construction and adopt the following measures：integrate educational resources,build top brands for higher vocational education,increase financial input and innovate mechanisms.
