摘　　要：高职教育要实现内涵式发展,必须树立正确的办学导向,明确职业教育的办学定位,更好地面向社会、市场和学生办学。在对目前高职教育中的各种办学导向进行比较的基础上,通过对"需求导向"的深入分析,提出以需求为导向是高职教育发展培养应用型人才,切实提升职业教育办学质量的必然趋势。In order to achieve connotation development,higher vocational education must establish right school-running orientation and run school facing to society,market and students.On the basis of comparing various school-running orientations of higher vocational education and deep analysis on ＂demand-orientation＂,the conclusions are：demand-orientation is the necessary trend for cultivating application talents and enhancing school-running quality of students.
