摘　　要：加强中等职业学校专业教师培训评价研究,构建完善的培训评价指标体系,是科学评价培训成果,提高培训效益,更好地推进职教师资队伍建设工作的必然要求。借鉴柯克帕特里克培训评价模型和CIPP评价模型理论,按照一定的建构程序和要求,结合当前中等职教师资培训工作实际,初步建构包括培训方案、培训条件、培训管理、培训效果和培训特色等5个一级指标和需求调研等17个二级指标的中等职业学校专业教师培训评价指标体系框架。Strengthening study on training evaluation of secondary vocational schools and constructing optimal evaluation index system are necessary requirements for scientifically evaluating training outcomes,enhancing training effects and boosting the work of teaching staff construction.Referring the training evaluation model of Kirkpatrick,according to certain construction procedure and requirements,combining with working status of secondary vocational school teacher training,the evaluation index system for secondary vocational school teachers was built,which include five first level indicators of training program,training conditions,training management,training effects and training characteristics and 17 second level indicators.
