摘  要:在服务外包人才培养实践中,外语教学内容脱离企业岗位实际,外语教学模式及教学方法不能适应外包人才的培养要求,外语教师缺乏外包知识等问题,制约了服务外包人才的外语水平。为此,须采取有效的措施尽快加以解决,如建立以外包岗位为核心的外语教学体系,开发语言技能和职业技能并重的教学内容,运用适应"订单式"人才培养模式的教学方法,提高外语教师的外包职业素质和教学水平等。In the practice of outsourcing jobs personnel training,the problems of foreign language teaching contents deviating from the actuality of the company posts,the foreign language teaching methods not suitable for the requirements of out-sourcing talents and foreign language teachers lack of knowledge outsourcing restrict the foreign language level of service outsourcing talents. To this end,effective measures should be taken,such as to establish the foreign language teaching system taking outsourcing jobs as the core,developing the teaching contents which give equal attention to language skills and vocational skills,use the teaching method swhich meet the "orderring" mode of teaching positions and improving the outsourcing professional quality and teaching level of foreign language teachers.
