摘　　要：目的:解读《世界卫生组织国际药物监测合作中心2009年年度报告》,为我国药品不良反应监测工作的深入开展提供借鉴和参考。方法:主要对《世界卫生组织国际药物监测合作中心2009年年度报告》中涉及的成员国、病例报告、信息共享与反馈、产品维护与服务等内容进行介绍。结果:乌普萨拉中心(UMC)在信息反馈的内容和途径、数据库信息化建设、药品字典等方面的经验值得借鉴和参考。结论:我国应进一步完善信息反馈系统、优化计算机支持系统、加强疫苗安全性监测、完善药品字典和术语集等工作。OBJECTIVE：To interpret Annual Report from the WHO Collaborating Center for International Drug Monitoring in 2009 in order to provide reference for the development of ADR monitoring in China.METHODS：The aspects involved in report were introduced,such as member state,case report,sharing and feedback of information,product maintenance and service.RESULTS：The experience of UMC on the contents and approach of information feedback,information database,drug dictionary was worth learning.CONCLUSION：We should improve information feedback system,perfect computer support system,strengthen vaccine monitoring and develop drug dictionary and terminology.
