摘　　要：高等教育大众化的推进和社会经济的发展促进了高等教育的发展。在高等教育大众化的进程中,河北省高校学生工作面临着许多需要解决的新问题。为了促进新形势下河北省高等教育的发展,必须完善高校学生工作管理体系建设,转变高校育人观念,创新育人模式。The advancement of higher-education popularization and the soeio-economic development have promoted the development of higher education. In the process of higher-education popularization in Hebei Province, the student work in university is facing new problems. Therefore, Hebei Province should improve the establishment of student work management system, change educational concepts in university and innovate the educational modes in order to promote the development of higher education in the new situation.
