摘　　要：创新是现代教育的灵魂。本文通过探讨创新教育与创新人才的内涵,针对目前我国高校创新人才培养存在的主要问题,提出了实施高校创新人才培养的具体策略。innovation is spirit of modern education. By analyzing the essence of the innovative education, the paper focuses on putting forward the strategies of the implementation of creative talent cultivation with regard to the chief problems during the process of the creative talent cultivation in institutions of higher learning.
