摘　　要：目的：快速查找引起食物中毒的原因，积极预防类似事件的再次发生。方法：根据临床表现、流行病学调查及实验室检测结果做出判断。结果：从剩余食物、病人肛拭及粪便中均检出福氏（Ⅱ）型志贺菌。结论：由实验室检测得知，该起事件是一起福氏志贺菌感染引起的细菌性中毒事件。Objective： To quickly find the causes of food poisoning caused by active prevention of similar incidents happening again. Methods： clinical, epidemiological investigation and laboratory test results to make judgments. Results： From the remaining food, rectal swab and stool of patients were detected in Freund＇s （ Ⅱ ）-type Shigella. Conclusion： The laboratory was informed that the incident was a Freund （ Ⅱ ）-type Shigella infection caused by food poisoning.
