家庭成员辅助训练对卒中后患者的Fugl—Meyer评分的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨卒中后患者的康复功能在家人的辅助训练下运动功能评分的变化分析来研究家庭成员对患者康复的影响。方法:选择60例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,8周后两组进行Fugl—M eyer评分测定分析,发现观察组运动评分明显优于对照组。(p<0.05)。结论:家庭成员对组中患者积极的康复参与对患者的运动功能具有明显的改善作用。Objective： To explore the change of motor function on training aid of family members in post - stroke patients, and to analyse the study on effect of family memberson patients＇rehabilitation. Methods ： 60 cased of post - stroke patients were randomly divided into theobserver group and control group. Two groups were assessed by Fugl - Meyer scores after 8 weeks and then found motor function score of theabserver group was significantly better than the control group＇s （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： There is obvious im- provement of motor function in patients with the active participation of family members for the rehabilitation of post - stroke patients.
