摘  要:目的:通过比较超声制洞与涡轮制洞后人牙本质表面玷污层形成情况的差异,初步分析超声制洞对清洁度的影响。方法:选取颊侧或舌侧有牙颈部龋或无龋的离体前磨牙共16个。取每个牙的颊、舌侧面共32个面用于实验,其中龋损面8个、无龋面24个。随机分成两组,每组含龋损面4个,无龋面12个。分别以超声和涡轮在颊侧或舌侧颈部制洞,扫描电镜观察牙本质表面玷污层的形成情况。结果:超声制洞后牙本质表面形成非均一性玷污层,部分牙本质小管口开放。涡轮制洞后牙本质表面形成厚实致密的玷污层,牙本质小管口被严密阻塞。结论:超声制洞和涡轮制洞均不可避免的会在牙本质表面形成玷污层,可能会对后续树脂黏结修复带来不利影响。AIM:To analyze the different surface characteristics of the dentine floor by an ultrasonic cavity preparation,in comparison to the preparation by a high-speed handpiece with diamond burs.METHODS:Sixty human premolars with or without buccal or lingual cervical caries were divided randomly into two groups(each group has 4 caries surfaces and 12 non-caries surfaces).Cavities were prepared on the buccal and the lingual surfaces of each tooth using ultrasonic device or high-speed handpiece respectively.After the preparation,the samples were analysed using electron scanning electron microscopy to ascertain the surface characteristics of the dentine at the cavity floor.RESULTS:An inhomogeneous smear layer was produced on the surface of the cavity dentin floor by the preparation with ultrasonic device.The position of some tubular openings could be detected.There was a firmly and well-defined smear layer on the dentin surface prepared by the high-speed handpiece.The dentine tubule orifices were plugged with material.CONCLUSION:Smear layer can be detected on the dentin surface prepared by both ultrasonic device and high-speed handpiece with the difference in the form and characteristics of the smear layer,and might have adverse effect on the adhesion of composite resin.
