北京市大兴区576份农村居民碘盐监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:对大兴区2007-2009年576份农村居民碘盐监测结果进行分析,及时发现问题并采取相应措施,以保障农村居民食用到合格的碘盐。方法:对大兴区共7个乡镇采集农村居民食用盐576份,按照国家标准(GB/T13025.7-1999)2.1直接滴定法检测食盐中碘酸钾含量。结果:共采集样本576份,其中合格碘盐540份,非碘盐36份,合格碘盐覆盖率为93.75%。结论:大兴区农村地区居民食用碘盐的合格率比较高,但还有一定非碘盐的存在,建议进一步强化农村地区碘盐普及。Objective：To analyze 576 iodine content in salt used by rural residents in Daxing district during 2007-2009 period,find questions in time and adopt relevant intervenient measures,and guarantee the rural residents eat qualified iodized salt.Methods： Collected 576 salts from rural residents in 7 countries,conduct quantitative detection by direct titration as per GB/T13025.7-1999.Results：576 of qualified iodized salt in the salt samples of 540,non-iodized salt 36,the rate of coverage about iodine salt is 93.75%.Conclusion： The iodized salt for rural residents in Daxing District is well,but non-iodized salt has exist.Recommendations： to further strengthen the popularization of iodized salt in rural areas.
