摘　　要：文章设计了高等学校教育服务满意度的评价指标体系,编制了高校教育服务满意度的测度量表,对中国某高校2009届本科毕业生进行了满意度测评,分析了影响教育服务满意度的主要因素,提出改进建议,以期为满意度调查在教育领域的应用提供有益的借鉴。This paper designed an evaluation index system in higher education service satisfaction and made a measurement metric table of higher education service satisfaction,and then conducted the satisfaction test to 2009 undergraduates in University of Science and Technology Beijing.Main factors affecting the satisfaction are then analyzed,and proposals to improve the situation are put forward.
