摘　　要：为了让城市道路交通安全管理规划能更有效地服务于城市交通,分析了目前城市道路交通安全规划存在的不足,并对此提出了详细的解决方案,完善了规划内容。通过进一步对交通安全潜在影响因素的分析,提出全面系统的交通安全评价体系、合理制定交通安全管理的规划方案、完善规划方案的效益评价,对现有的道路交通安全管理规划进行了补充、深化,使其能更好地反映影响交通安全的众多因素以及各因素对交通安全影响程度的大小,从而有效地指导城市交通安全管理。The deficiency of current urban road traffic safety management planning was analyzed and detail solving scheme was brought,in order make the urban road traffic safety management planning serve the urban traffic better.Through the deep analysis of potential factors effecting traffic safety,putting forward comprehensive and systematic scheme of traffic safety evaluation,establishing traffic safety management planning projects reasonably and consummating the effect evaluation of planning projects,the current road traffic safety management planning has been reinforced and deepen.The new planning scheme can reflect the many factors affecting the traffic safety and the degree of effecting on traffic safety,which can guide the urban traffic safety management availably.
