摘  要:导师负责制是研究生培养的一项基本制度,导师在研究生教育中起着主导作用,导师能力与水平的高低,直接影响着研究生教育质量。为适应经济和社会发展的客观要求,改变传统的导师负责制下单一传承关系,黑龙江中医药大学妇产科,实行构建跨学科研究生导师团队建设,在研究生培养中起到了关键性作用。有利于提升导师的学术水平,提高中医妇科研究生培养质量,这体现了中医适应时代发展要求,有利于中医妇科现代化和国际化的发展。Teacher accountability is a basic system training of graduate students, instructors in graduate education plays a leading role in the level of teacher ability and level of direct impact on the quality of graduate education. To meet the objective economic and social development requirements, to change the traditional teacher responsibility under a single inheritance relationship, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology, the implementation of building an interdisciplinary team-building tutor in the training of graduate students played a key role. Helpful in raising the academic standards of teachers, improve the quality of TCM gynecology training of graduate students, which reflects the Chinese adapt to the requirements of the development, Conducive to the modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine gynecology development.
